Gujarat Explorer is an information portal and lead facilitator. We do not operate a taxi or transport service and we are not a carrier. For cabs and taxis, we simply pass your enquiry to independent, licensed local operators, who provide the ride and are solely responsible for it — including the driver, vehicle, safety, timing, fares, insurance and any cancellation or refund. We do not sell, operate, guarantee or take payment for the transport, and we form no transport contract with you; that contract is solely between you and the operator. The same applies to stays, tickets and products offered via our partners. Any booking, enquiry or transaction is made at your own risk.
6. Travel, safety and personal responsibility
Travel involves inherent risks. Check current advisories, local laws, customs and weather before and during any trip.
