1. Who we are
Gujarat Explorer (“we”/”us”/”our”) is a privately-run, independent travel-information website, not affiliated with any government body. “You” means any user of the site.
2. Using the website
You may use this site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of finding travel information about Gujarat. You agree not to:
- use it unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights;
- scrape, harvest or systematically copy our content, or use it commercially, without written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or damage the site or its security;
- upload harmful code or misuse any contact/submission feature.
3. Information is general guidance
Content is provided for general information only and may contain errors or be out of date. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or suitability. Verify important details with official or primary sources before relying on them. See our Disclaimer.
4. No bookings — advertising and affiliate links
Gujarat Explorer is an information portal and lead facilitator — not a travel agency, tour operator or transport carrier. For cabs and taxis, we only pass your enquiry to independent, licensed local operators; the ride is provided by, and is the sole responsibility of, that operator, and the transport contract is between you and them. Any fares shown or quoted are estimates only, confirmed by the operator, and cancellations or refunds are handled by the operator. Some links are also affiliate links to partners such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip and Amazon; if you book or buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not process payments. Any booking or transaction is solely between you and the relevant third party, under their terms and at your own risk. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Intellectual property
The original written content, design and compilation of this site are owned by Gujarat Explorer or used under licence and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute our written content without prior written permission, except short quotations with clear attribution and a link. Photographs are used under their own open licences and remain the property of their owners; follow each image’s licence to reuse it.
6. Third-party links and content
This site links to third-party websites and partners we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products, services or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Advertising and affiliates
The site is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense) and affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for partners’ products, services, pricing or claims, and their presence is not an endorsement. 8. Your submissions
If you send us a message, suggestion or correction, you grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the site. Please don’t submit anything unlawful, infringing or confidential; we may not be able to reply to everything.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information is accurate or reliable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or your use of the site.
